Chris Pratt jokes about relatable parenting dilemma: ‘Is it ok to toss’ kids’ trophies?

Chris Pratt joked this week about how important it is to keep every trophy, medal and ribbon children collect as they’re growing up.

The actor, 44, shared photos of his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger, 33, looking through boxes of awards her parents kept from her childhood and expressed his true feelings on Instagram. He said that he was grateful she had so many wonderful memories, but also wondered if he needed to do the same for his children. Schwarzenegger is the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver.

Pratt shares daughters Lyla, 3, and Eloise, 1, with Schwarzenegger, and son Jack, 11, with ex Anna Faris.

“Maria [Shriver] has been storing special items from Katherine’s childhood for years,” the “Jurassic World” star wrote. “Which is so very thoughtful. To see my darling wife beaming with sentiment as she opens these crates of meticulously organized keepsakes, remembering her cherished youth, makes me grateful for the efforts her folks put into archiving.”

Schwarzenegger jokingly chimed in on the comments, writing, “Feels like someone is a litttlllee bit jealous of my natural athleticism from birth and ability to solve problems.”
